From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. The direct beach access from our Premium Beachfront Bungalow made mornings unforgettable, surrounded by turquoise waters.

However, the noise from the pool area during busy afternoons sometimes interrupted our peaceful moments, and it would have been great to have clear adults-only periods.

Aitutaki truly offers a serene escape with its stunning lagoon and beautiful bungalows. Enjoyed complimentary coconut water at arrival and their attentive staff made our stay special. Although the gym facilities could use an upgrade, it didn't detract from the overall peaceful experience.

The team truly went above and beyond, especially during our spa treatments which were a delightful escape. While the breakfast, featuring delicious cheese rolls, was absolutely fantastic, the noise from the pool area could be disruptive at times. It would be beneficial to have clearer guidelines on the adults-only policy to better manage expectations.

More handrails for accessibility would enhance comfort.

The infrequent beach bar hours limited our evening enjoyment, yet the lagoon view was stunning.

Nestled in a scenic beachfront location, the bungalows offer stunning views of turquoise waters from their private balconies. The infinity pool provides a secluded paradise for relaxation, while the beautifully maintained gardens enhance the tranquil atmosphere.

While the beachfront access is superb, the absence of sun loungers due to high tide was disappointing, as it limited lounging options directly at the water. Additionally, the restaurant menu felt restricted, lacking variety, which led to a few less-than-satisfying dining experiences. It would also help if the bar extended its hours for evening refreshments, making it easier to enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand.

For future guests, try to arrive early for breakfast to savor delightful tropical fruits and local pastries. Don't miss the chance to explore nearby snorkeling spots!

Exceptional staff made our stay amazing

Loved the beautiful grounds and the cozy bungalow right by the beach! Best part was how friendly everyone was. We rode around on bikes provided by the resort and did some snorkeling right out front. Oh, and the bar area had some tasty snacks! A bit slow-paced for some, but that was perfect for us to chill out.

I was blown away by the fantastic breakfast each morning—tropical fruits, fresh pastries, and a delicious hot dish cooked to perfection! The staff's attention to detail was simply exceptional. they tailored meals just for me, creating a stress-free dining experience.
